7 October 2010

Working as environmental artist, Celia Spouncer placed 32 varieites of apple into the local artspace pssquared in Belfast. The smell of `real' apples filled the gallery space. Names included Dockney, Scalrlet Crofton, Lady's Fingers, William Crump, Eight Square Till, Greasy Pippin, Kerry Pippin, St Cecelia, Lough Tree Wexford and Kemp.

Also included were a few perfectly formed supermarket apples for taste comparison.

Details of the exhibition can be found on website - www.pssquared.org
