Celia Spouncer, secretary of Slowfood NE Ireland Convivium, is currently working with Slowfood Europe, to develop an innovative food education project in Northern Ireland and other countries across Europe. This will involve partnership with Lagan College and a school in Lisdoonvana Ireland to develop a ragne of ideas to include ideas developed with young people to explore food issues through education establishments.
