The link between biodiversity and food production is vital. The Terra Madre movement, which is a voice for food production and food issues around the world, meets at the Slowfood event in Turin Italy. Celia Spouncer attended a range of workshops on edible school grounds, food education for young people, biodiversity, landscape and food production issues. This year there was also a new Slowfood Youth Food Movement. Orlagh Thompson from Northern Ireland was the only delegate from NI.
