David Thompson took out enthusiastic new foragers along the shores of Strangford Lough and Ards Peninsula along with partner Celia Spouncer to learn about shoreline plants and seaweeds. This was followed by a Foragers Banquet prepared by Celia Spouncer and Sara Brown.
