Tales from a NI Kitchen Gardener
‘A Year at Le Manoir
aux Quat’Saisons’
David Love Cameron, an Antrim gardener, won a
scholarship set up by chef Raymond Blanc, to assist with the
development of a new heritage vegetable and fruit garden
at Le Manoir Restaurant and Hotel in Oxfordshire.
For a full year - David worked closely with Raymond Blanc and
the Head Gardener to research and select varieties which would be
used by chefs in the kitchens at le Manoir. David will give an illustrated presentation of his year and also share some of the chosen heritage
fruit and vegetable varieties. This will be followed by a Long Table Supper.
