Celia Spouncer has been appointed Artist in Residence and is currently working ith all departments in the School of Art and Design in developing the theme of GreenVeins Belfast - a collaborative approach to urban greening and working with a range of professions - architects, engineers, applied artists, textile designers and photographers.
